唯物史观视域下我国青年低生育率的成因与化解

低生育率是我国人口均衡发展面临的重要挑战。唯物史观认为,人类应对生育行为进行合理调控,确保人口发展与物质生产状况相适应。伴随着现代化进程的推进,生育率下降成为普遍现象,我国青年生育率的下降既体现了这一普遍性,同时也有其特殊性。其中,物质生活状况是根本性因素,生育意识状况也起着能动的反作用。为确保中华民族永续发展和推进中华民族伟大复兴,必须从保障利益诉求、解决住房难题、降低生育成本以及构建新型生育文化等方面提振青年生育意愿,促进生育率回归更替水平。

In China,low fertility rate is a great challenge facing population development.From the perspective of historical materialism,human beings should regulate and control reproductive behavior reasonably,so as to promote the organic adaptation of population development and material production.With the advancement of modernization,the decline of fertility rate has become a common phenomenon.The decline of youth fertility rate in China not only reflects this universality,but also has its particularity.Among them,the material life condition is the fundamental factor,the fertility consciousness condition also plays the active reaction.In order to ensure the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is necessary to make overall efforts to build a childbearing friendly society from the aspects of safeguarding the interests of young people,solving housing problems,reducing the cost of childbirth and constructing a new birth culture,so as to promote the fertility rate to return to the replacement level.
