摘要
介绍了热轧带钢卷取设备的组成、工况及冷却工艺,结合工艺对多台卷取机交替使用时最大冷却水量的计算、地坑尺寸的设计及地坑泵的选型进行论述;通过优化设计,有利于节约水资源、优化地坑泵的选型、避免泵频繁启停,从而延长泵的使用寿命。
This paper introduces the composition,working condition and cooling process of the coiling equipment.In combination with the process,maximum quantity of cooling water,the design of pit size and the selection of pit pump are discussed.Through optimum design,it is beneficial to save water resources,optimize the selection of pit pump,avoid frequent start-up and shut-down of pump,and prolong the service life of the pump.
