摘要
铁水硅偏差(铁水[Si]含量波动幅度)是衡量高炉铁水质量的重要指标,代表高炉铁水质量控制水平的重要参数之一。文章阐述韶钢2500 m^(3)高炉通过提高原料质量,改善炉缸活跃性等技术措施,实现铁水硅偏差稳定率从50提升至80的良好技术指标,为国内高炉铁水质量改善提供技术借鉴。
The silicon deviation in molten iron(the fluctuation range of[Si]content in molten iron)is an important index to measure the quality of molten iron from a blast furnace,which is one of the important technical parameters to represent the quality control level of molten iron.This paper focuses on the good technical indicators of the actual stability rate of silicon deviation,which has increased from 50 to 80 by improving the quality of raw materials and the activity of the hearth of the 2500 m^(3) blast furnace at SGIS,which can provide the technical reference for the improvement of the quality of molten iron in the domestic blast furnaces.
