摘要
高炉冶炼中,维持热量的动态平衡至关重要,热能的变化严重影响高炉的顺行。文章基于韶钢8号高炉操作实践,论述了在高煤比极限状态下,设备故障导致大幅少煤。通过采取控制风量、氧量,辅加轻料,提高风温等操作手段,综合考虑各项操作制度包括送风制度、热制度及冶炼周期等多个方面,实现高炉在高煤比少煤情况下的正常生产,有效避免炉缸失热过度造成炉凉,稳定了炉况、达到平稳过渡达产的目的。
It is very important to maintain the dynamic balance of heat in blast furnace smelting,and the change of heat energy seriously affects the running of the blast furnace.This paper discusses the problems of a large coal shortage caused by equipment problems based on the operation practice for BF#8 at SGIS.Adding light materials and increasing air temperature,etc.as well as comprehensive consideration of various operating systems,including air supply system,heat system and smelting cycle and other aspects of the blast furnace,have been taken under the conditions of high pulverized coal ratio with less coal,means of controlling air and oxygen volume,which is to avoid the hearth cooling caused by excessive heat loss,which stabilizes the BF conditions to achieve production needs.
