4种常用抗肿瘤中成药注射液的体外细胞毒性实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨4种抗肿瘤中成药注射液(艾迪注射液、鸦胆子油乳注射液、康艾注射液及复方苦参注射液)的直接细胞毒性,以指导静脉用药配置。方法 采用小鼠成纤维细胞L929通过CCK8实验测定上述4种常用抗肿瘤中成药注射液的细胞相对增殖率来鉴定其直接细胞毒性。结果 4种抗肿瘤中成药注射液在说明书推荐的稀释浓度下,康艾注射液的细胞相对增殖率提示为轻微或无细胞毒性;鸦胆子油乳注射液及艾迪注射液在低浓度时为轻微细胞毒性,稍高浓度为轻度细胞毒性;复方苦参注射液的细胞相对增殖率提示为中度细胞毒性。结论 根据4种抗肿瘤中成药的直接细胞毒性结果,建议康艾注射液进行一般静脉用药配置;鸦胆子油乳注射液及艾迪注射液可使用第1类生物安全柜进行静脉用药配置;复方苦参注射液可使用第2类生物安全柜进行静脉用药配置。 Objective To explore the direct cytotoxicity of four anti-tumor Chinese patent medicine injections(Aidi injection,Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection,Kangai injection and compound Sophora flavescens injection)for the instruction of intravenous medication configuration.Methods Direct cytotoxicity was determined by CCK8 experiments in mouse fibroblast L929 of the above four common used anti-tumor Chinese patent medicine injections.Results Under the recommended dilution concentration of the instructions in the four anti-tumor Chinese patent medicine injections,the relative cell proliferation rate of Kangai injection showed slight or no cytotoxicity.Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection and Aidi injection showed slight cytotoxicity at low concentration,slightly higher concentration showed mild cytotoxicity.The relative cell proliferation rate of compound Sophora flavescens injection showed moderate cytotoxicity.Conclusion According to the direct cytotoxicity results of four anti-tumor Chinese patent medicines,it is suggested that Kangai injection should be configured for general intravenous administration.Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection and Aidi injection can use class 1 biosafety cabinet for intravenous medication configuration.Compound Sophora flavescens injection can make class 2 biosafety cabinet configured for intravenous medication.
