习近平总书记强调:“要坚定社会主义办学方向,保持我国职业教育的社会主义底色,在这一问题上必须坚定立场。”新时代坚定我国职业教育发展的社会主义方向是马克思主义教育思想的集中反映,有助于新时代立德树人工作的有效开展和中国特色职业教育话语体系的构建。坚持教育为人民服务、为党治国理政服务、为巩固和发展中国特色社会主义制度服务、为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设服务,是坚定职业教育的社会主义办学方向的四重意蕴;促进职业教育评价改革、抓牢思想政治工作生命线、办好公平有质量的职业教育,是坚定职业教育的社会主义办学方向的恰切之道。

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that we must stick to running schools in the socialist direction and maintaining the socialist background of vocational education in China.We must take a firm stand on this issue.In the new era,adhering to the socialist direction of the development of vocational education in China is the concentrated reflection of Marxist educational thought,which is conducive to the effective development of moral education and the construction of the discourse system of vocational education with Chinese characteristics.Insisting on education about serving people,serving the Party to govern the country,serving the consolidation and development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and serving the reform and opening up and socialist modernization are the four major connotations of insisting on the socialist running direction of vocational education.Promoting the reform of vocational education evaluation,grasping the lifeline of ideological and political work,and achieving fair and high-quality vocational education are appropriate ways to adhering to vocational education in the socialist direction.
