同步异步融合的职业教育在线教学模式构建与实施

Construction and Implementation of Synchronous and Asynchronous Integration of Vocational Education Online Teaching Mode

为提高职业教育在线教学质量,探索更先进的在线教学模式,调查并梳理了职业教育全面开展在线教学的主要形式及存在的主要问题,构建了一种循序渐进的同步异步融合的三层次在线教学模式,并以三层次为主线详细阐述了该模式的操作程序、操作策略和评价方式。以该教学模式为基础,进行电路基础课程的在线教学实验,并对问卷调查、学习行为、学习成绩等数据进行统计分析。研究表明,学生对同步异步融合的在线教学认知度、参与度和满意度都有较高的评价,同步异步融合对提升学生的思维能力,促进学生自主学习、独立思考、协作探究等方面起到了积极作用。

In order to improve the online teaching quality of vocational education and explore advanced online teaching mode,this paper investigates and combs the main forms and existing problems of online teaching in vocational education,and constructs a three-level online teaching mode of synchronous asynchronous integration step by step.The operation procedure,operation strategy,and evaluation mode of the mode are elaborated in detail with three levels as the main line.Based on this teaching mode,the online teaching experiment of basic circuit course is carried out,and the data of questionnaire survey,learning behavior,and academic performance are statistically analyzed.The research shows that students have high evaluation on the recognition,participation and satisfaction of synchronous asynchronous integration of online teaching,which plays a positive role in improving students’ high-level thinking ability,promoting students’ autonomous learning,independent thinking,collaborative exploration and other abilities.
