摘要
随着教育信息化2.0时代的到来,国家对提升教师信息素养的关注度不断提高,但小学阶段教师信息素养提升仍存在教师信息素养水平不一,学校信息化环境建设不足以及教师信息素养提升政策内容不够完整、具体等困境。基于此,提出要加强小学教师信息素养培训,提供差异化信息素养培训;增强小学教师信息素养观念,强化教师信息技术应用能力培养;加强学校信息化环境建设,营造良好的校园信息化氛围;明确教师信息素养评价标准,优化教师信息素养水平提升政策等应对策略。
Since education informatization 2.0,China has paid increasing attention to improving teachers’ information literacy,but there are still difficulties such as teacher information literacy level varies,difficult to obtain overall improvement;school information environment construction and teacher information literacy improvement policy content is incomplete and specific.Based on this,it is proposed to strengthen primary school teacher information literacy training,provide differentiated information literacy training,enhance primary school teachers information literacy,strengthen teacher information technology application ability,strengthen school information environment,create a good campus information atmosphere,clarify the standard of teacher information literacy evaluation,and optimize the policy of teacher information literacy.
