高职院校书院制思想政治教育协同育人路径探索——以无锡职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 书院制教育是新时代高校育人模式和教学模式改革创新的有益探索,书院制育人的价值审视与“三全育人”培育理念、通识教育和专业教育的均衡发展要求、创新型人才培育目标相一致,具备“双院”“双轨”“双导师”的协同育人特点。基于无锡职业技术学院创新班发展现状,探索书院制背景下,高职院校通过加强环境协同、发挥全员协同、优化资源协同的思想政治教育协同育人路径,如何实现创新型人才培育目标与全人教育理念相融合的一体化育人体系。 Academy system education is a beneficial exploration direction for the reform and innovation of college education mode and teaching mode in the new era.The value of academy system education is consistent with the cultivation concept of “three complete education”,the requirements for the balanced development of general education and professional education,and the cultivation goal of innovative talents.It has the characteristics of “double institutes”,“double tracks” and “double mentors”,Based on the development status of innovation class in Wuxi Institute of Technology,this paper then explores the collaborative education path of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges by strengthening environmental coordination,giving full play to all staff coordination and optimizing resource coordination under the background of “academy system”,and how to realize the integration of the cultivation goal of innovative talents and the concept of all-round education and form an integrated education system.
