微更新理念下城市开放式老旧小区改造策略研究

Research on the transformation strategy ofurban open old community under the concept of micro renewal

在我国城市发展建设由增量转存量的大背景下,城市开放式老旧小区问题重重、亟待更新与改造。以南昌市青山湖老旧小区为例,对小区的现状公服设施、道路停车、绿化铺地等分析研究,通过引入微更新理念,从强化社区安保、优化公服体系、提升社区氛围等方面对城市开放式老旧小区的改造进行积极探索。

Under the background of China’s urban development and construction from increment to stock,urban open old residential areas have many problems and need to be updated and transformed urgently.Taking Qingshanhu old community in Nanchang as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of public service facilities,road parking and green paving in the community,and actively explores the transformation of urban open old community from the aspects of strengthening community security,optimizing public service system and improving community atmosphere by introducing the concept of micro renewal.
