摘要 装配式建筑具有施工速度快、质量有保证、绿色环保等方面的优势,因此推广装配式建筑是解决目前我国建筑业面临问题的重要手段。但是,装配式建筑也存在抗震性能较差等方面的问题,导致装配式建筑在我国推广困难。影响装配式建筑抗震性能的重要因素之一就是构件间的连接形式,通过查阅文献将装配式混凝土框架结构的连接形式分为了三类,分别是后张预应力连接、干式连接和后浇整体式连接,并分析了各种连接形式的优缺点。 Prefabricated buildings have the advantage of high speed construction,high quality and environmental protection.Therefore,popularizing prefabricated buildings is an important mean to solve the problems faced by China’s construction industry.However,there are some problems for the prefabricated buildings,such as poor seismic performance,leading to popularize the prefabricated buildings difficultly.One of the important factors,which influence the seismic performance of the prefabricated buildings,is the connections of the precast components.In the paper,the connections of precast concrete frame structures are divided into three categories by consulting the literatures,which are dry connection,post-tensioned connection and post-cast connection.And the advantages and disadvantages of various connections are analyzed.
