随着工业化、城镇化和农业现代化的推进,科学合理布局生产空间、生活空间、生态空间显得愈发重要;采取必要措施加快形成绿色生产方式和生活方式,是推进建设生态文明的需要,也是人与自然和谐共生的必然要求。通过实施全域土地综合整治试点可以打通城乡之间资源要素流通渠道,全面提升生产、生活、生态空间功能,促进建立城乡融合发展平台。本文拟通过梳理相关概念,分析实施土地整治项目产生的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益,并结合近年来相关实践进一步探讨优化全域土地综合整治试点实施路径的具体措施,助力乡村全面振兴。

With the development of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,the scientific and rational layout of production space,living space and ecological space is becoming more and more important.Taking necessary measures to accelerate the formation of green production and lifestyle is the need of promoting the construction of ecological civilization,and also the inevitable requirement of harmonious coexistence of human and nature.Through the pilot implementation of comprehensive land consolidation,the circulation channels of resource elements between urban and rural areas can be opened up,and the functions of production,living and ecological space can be promoted in an all-round way,and a platform for urban-rural integration and development can be established.Therefore,this paper intends to analyze the economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits of land consolidation projects by combing the relevant concepts.And combined with the relevant practice in recent years,the paper further discusses the specific measures to optimize the implementation path of the pilot project of comprehensive land consolidation,so as to help the overall revitalization of rural areas.
