摘要 目前,电能表测温方式主要是在表内或表外加装测温设施。该方式使用繁琐且成本过高,可靠性较低。为解决上述问题,提出在已知剩余电流的情况下,利用锰铜、紫铜温度系数的差异,分别对使用不同材料的L相和N相进行电流采样并计算电流差值。同时依据欧姆定律换算成阻值,从而得到温度和阻值的特性曲线。上述方法无需新增材料,不依靠其他设备,且锰铜、紫铜是表中必须用到的材料,易于获取和大批使用。同时表本身对温度反应迅速,因此,依据该方法可大大提高表的可靠性。 At present,the temperature measurement method of electric energy meters is mainly to add temperature measurement facilities inside or outside the meter.This method is cumbersome to use,high cost,and low reliability.To solve the above problems,the difference in temperature coefficients of manganese copper and red copper is used to sample the currents of the L-phase and N-phase using different materials and calculate the current difference when the residual current is known.At the same time,it is converted into resistance according to Ohm's law to obtain the characteristic curve of temperature and resistance.The above method does not require additional materials,does not rely on other equipment,and manganese bronze and red copper are the materials that must be used in the table,which are easy to obtain and use in large quantities.At the same time,the meter itself responds quickly to temperature,so the reliability of the meter can be greatly improved according to this method.
