摘要 为全面提升重点资源地域的防雷安全水平,有效防御和减少雷电灾害和公共安全的危害,根据重点资源地域防雷现状和需求,本着“预防为主、安全第一、科学合理、统筹兼顾”的原则,开展雷电预警系统和雷电灾害防护体系的二大体系的建设,可有效防御和减少雷电灾害,提重点资源地域雷电灾害防御能力和安全管理水平。本研究建立了一套广域网局部雷暴云、闪电预警系统,雷电临近预警系统,能够及时、准确地预报当地雷击活动情况,对处在工作状态的易燃易爆场所、人员高度集中场所提供预警信息,使工作人员能够有充分的时间施加防范措施,减少危害的发生。 In order to comprehensively improve the lightning protection safety level in key resource areas and effectively prevent and reduce the hazards of lightning disasters and public safety,according to the current situation and needs of lightning protection in key resource areas,and based on the principle of"prevention first,safety first,scientific and reasonable,and overall consideration",the construction of two systems of lightning early warning system and lightning disaster protection system is carried out,It can effectively prevent and reduce lightning disasters,and improve lightning disaster prevention capacity and safety management level in key resource areas.In this study,a set of local thunderstorm cloud and lightning early warning system and lightning proximity early warning system in WAN are established,which can timely and accurately predict the local lightning activity,and provide early warning information for flammable and explosive places and places with high concentration of personnel,so that the staff can have sufficient time to take preventive measures and reduce the occurrence of hazards.data navigation query,and provided database services for heavy precipitation prediction,early warning and the research of water vapor refinement characteristics in arid and semi-arid area.
