配网运行智能监控与主动故障研判系统设计 被引量:5

摘要 常用系统传输配网运行状态数据时,通讯信号受干扰较大,导致故障诊断和故障定位准确率较低,系统运行效益较差。针对这一问题,设计配网运行智能监控与主动故障研判系统。硬件方面,优化运行数据前端采集装置,集成故障判断器、断路器等元件,改造断路器本体结构,安装多通道信号处理单元,连接传输采用双绞线电缆,远距离传输采用GSM/GPRS通信,避免通讯信号受电磁干扰;软件方面,采用属性数据库,管理配网运行监控数据,优化故障定位算法,研判线路故障点和故障类型。设置对比实验,结果表明,针对接地、断路、短路故障类型,设计系统提高了故障诊断准确率和故障定位准确率,系统运行后的经济效益远大于常用系统。 The commonly used system transmission distribution network running status data,communication signal interference is greater,resulting in fault diagnosis and fault location accuracy is low,poor system operating efficiency.In order to solve this problem,design distribution network operation to intelligent monitoring and active fault system.Hardware,optimal operation of front-end data acquisition unit,the integrated fault diagnosis device,circuit breakers and other components,transformation circuit breaker ontology structure,installation of multi-channel signal processing unit,connect transmission USES twisted-pair cable,long-distance transmission adopts GSM/GPRS communication,avoid communication signal affected by electromagnetic interference;Software,using the attribute database,the management of distribution network operation monitoring data,optimize the fault location algorithm,to line fault points and fault type.Set the contrast experiment,the results show that for grounding,open circuit,short circuit fault type,design system to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis and fault location accuracy and system operation after the economic benefit is greater than the commonly used system.
