研究超声与螺旋CT在成人急腹症诊断中的效果

To study the effect of ultrasound and spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in adults

目的:评估在成人急腹症诊断中应用超声与螺旋CT诊断的效果。方法:选择德州市中医院检验科在2020年8月—2021年8月期间接诊的194例成人急腹症患者,患者同时接受超声诊断、螺旋CT诊断,分析成分急腹症诊断中应用超声与螺旋CT的效果。结果:194例成人急腹症患者中,62例肝胆胰脾急腹症患者(31.96%)、44例泌尿系急腹症患者(22.68%)、46例妇科急腹症患者(23.71%)、28例胃肠急腹症患者(14.43%)、14例腹部大血管急腹症患者(7.22%)。超声诊断的准确率为94.85%,螺旋CT诊断的准确率为92.78%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声与螺旋CT在成人急腹症诊断中均具有与重要效果,联合两种诊断可以更好地提升成人急腹症的诊断效果,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound and spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in adults.Methods A total of 194 adult patients with acute abdomen were selected from the clinical laboratory of Dezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2021.The patients received ultrasound diagnosis and spiral CT diagnosis at the same time,and the effects of ultrasound and spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen were analyzed.Results Among 194 adult patients with acute abdomen,62 patients with hepatobiliary,pancreatic and splenic acute abdomen(31.96%),44 patients with urinary acute abdomen(22.68%),46 patients with gynecological acute abdomen(23.71%),28 patients with gastrointestinal acute abdomen(14.43%),14 patients with abdominal large vascular acute abdomen(7.22%).The accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis was 94.85%,and that of spiral CT diagnosis was 92.78%(P>0.05).Conclusion Both ultrasound and spiral CT have important effects in the diagnosis of adult acute abdomen,and the combination of the two can better improve the diagnosis of adult acute abdomen,which is worth promoting.
