摘要 换热器作为一种用于热量交换的压力容器,广泛应用于我国石油、化工、电力、城市供暖、制药等行业。换热器在实际的应用过程中,由于应用环境的特殊性,这就要求对其进行必要的检修工作,对避免其出现安全问题有着重要作用,压力容器无损检测技术因其无损伤性、效率高以及检测安全等特点,近年来普遍应用于换热器的无损检测工作中。 As a pressure vessel for heat exchange,heat exchangers are widely used in my country's petroleum,chemical,electric power,urban heating,pharmaceutical and other industries.In the actual application process of heat exchangers,due to the particularity of the application environment,This requires necessary maintenance work,which plays an important role in avoiding safety problems.The non-destructive testing technology of pressure vessels has been widely used in heat exchange over the years because of its nondestructive,high efficiency and safe testing characteristics.In the non-destructive testing of heat exchangers,the following article will explore the non-destructive testing of pressure vessels-the non-destructive testing technology of heat exchangers.
