PLC在低压柜电气“三锁两钥匙”联锁中的应用

摘要 在配电双电源电力系统中,采用分列运行模式,会经常碰到两进线断路器与联络断路器进行三锁两钥匙进行电气联锁。此系统如果采用各种继电器配合断路器搭建的控制系统,比较烦琐,不易检修,运行也不可靠。如果采用市场上专用的控制仪,价格贵。加上本来市场就小,产品无法大批量生产,稳定性也不是很好。所以提出采用PLC可编程控制配合断路器的组成的一个三锁两钥匙进行电气联锁控制系统。因PLC是一款专门用于自动化控制的稳定性非常高的配件。又加上PLC程序是可现编的,可以结合各自电力系统情况制定相应控制要求。 In the distribution dual power supply power system,using the separate operation mode,we often encounter three locks and two keys for electrical interlocking between two incoming circuit breakers and contact circuit breakers.If this system adopts the control system built by various relays and circuit breakers,it is complicated,difficult to maintain and unreliable to operate.If you use a special controller on the market,the price is expensive.In addition,the original market is small,the products cannot be produced in large quantities,and the stability is not very good.Therefore,a three lock two key electrical interlocking control system composed of PLC programmable control and circuit breaker is proposed.Because PLC is a very stable accessory specially used for automatic control.In addition,the PLC program can be compiled on site,and the corresponding control requirements can be formulated in combination with the situation of their respective power systems.
