智能化技术在机械工程自动化中的应用

摘要 目前国内外老一套的机械工艺在功能上比较单一,不能满足现场要求烦琐的工作需求,实际操作比较困难且安全性能不够,容易出现问题。智能化技术的引入对传统的工程机械运行有了多方面的完善。智能化是指运用现代化技术、电脑计算机技术、智能调控技术、高速发展的信息等多元素的结合统一执行在某一项目工程。目前我国工程机械的发展离不开智能化技术的广泛运用。在已有的工程机械智能化项目中只要采取一定切实有效的措施,就可以保证生产车间工程的稳定运行,提高企业的社会效益。 At present,the trend at home and abroad is that the old mechanical process is relatively single in function,which can not meet the cumbersome work needs of on-site requirements.The actual operation is difficult and the safety performance is not enough,which is prone to problems.The inflow of intelligent technology has improved the operation of traditional engineering machinery in many aspects.Intellectualization:refers to the unified implementation of a project by using the combination of modern technology,computer technology,intelligent regulation technology,rapidly developing information and other elements.At present,the development of construction machinery in China is inseparable from the wide application of intelligent technology.In the existing intelligent projects of construction machinery,as long as certain practical and effective measures are taken,the stable operation of the production workshop project can be guaranteed and the social benefits of the enterprise can be improved to a greater extent.
