沉管全断面浇筑的配套干坞系统及布置方法

摘要 为实现干坞法的沉管全断面浇筑施工,对适用于全断面浇筑的干坞系统配套性进行研究与设计。该干坞系统设置特定的底板结构,保障了沉管预制不发生过量沉降。配套模板支撑系统,使模板在浇筑施工过程中稳定受力、变形可控。配套完善的交通系统,保障施工设备的交通通畅。设置坞底、坞顶相结合的排水系统,使坞内积水能及时快速排出,为沉管预制保障良好的干施工环境。配套塔式起重机、门式起重机,两者相互衔接,实现坞内吊装施工范围全覆盖。配套活动钢坞门,实现干坞的重复使用。该干坞系统已应用于广州市车陂路—新滘东路隧道工程中,应用效果良好。 In order to realize the full-section pouring construction of the immersed tubeby dry dock method,the compatibility of the dry dock system suitable for full-section pouring was studied and designed.The dry dock system is equipped with a specific floor structure to ensure that the prefabrication of the immersed tube does not cause excessive settlement.The supporting formwork support system makes the formwork stably stressed and deformation controllable during the pouring construction process.A supporting complete transportation system is provided to ensure smooth traffic of construction equipment.The drainage system combining the bottom and top of the dock is set up to ensure that the accumulated water in the dock door can be discharged in time and quickly,which guarantees a good dry construction environment for the prefabrication of immersed tubes.The supporting tower cranes and gantry cranes are connected with each other to achieve full coverage of the construction scope of hoisting in the dock.The supporting the movable steel dock door to realize the repeated use of the dry dock.The dry dock system has been applied to the Chebei Road-Xinjiaodong Road Tunnel Project with good application effects.
