摘要 文章依托于翔安大桥(厦门第二东通道)工程项目,介绍了一种基于海上湿法作业的装配式墩台高精度安装施工技术,主要针对海上墩台止水难、安装精度高等诸多难题,通过托盘止水和钢套箱止水保证了墩台内具备干作业条件,通过顶部三维千斤顶和水下千斤顶实现墩台高精度安装。吊装过程中对吊具进行实时监测,确保吊装过程吊具结构安全。 Relying on the Xiang'an Bridge(the second east passage in Xiamen)project,we introduced a high-precision installation and construction technology for prefabricated piers based on wet operation at sea,mainly aiming at many problems such as difficult water stop and high installation accuracy of offshore piers.The pallet water stop and the steel box water stop ensure the dry working conditions in the piers,and the high-precision installation of the pier is realized by the top three dimensional jack and the underwater jack.During the hoisting process,the spreader is monitored in real time to ensure the safety of the spreader structure during the hoisting process.
