红炉拨筋循经疗法促进剖宫产术后肛门排气的临床疗效观察

Honglu Bajin meridian therapy in promotion of anal exhaust after cesarean section

目的探讨红炉拨筋循经疗法在剖宫产术后肛门排气中的应用效果。方法本研究为临床干预研究,研究对象为广东省第二中医院产科2021年1月至12月行剖宫产术的产妇,共100例。将100例行剖宫产术的产妇,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组产妇年龄为(26.56±4.25)岁,剖宫产术后常规给予饮食指导、运动指导、心理护理、腹部及穴位按摩等;观察组产妇年龄为(27.21±3.26)岁,除穴位按摩,在对照组的基础上,采用红炉拨筋罐在足阳明胃经、足太阴脾经下肢段行循经治疗。比较两组产妇干预后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间及肛门排气前的腹胀情况。采用t检验、秩和检验。结果干预后,对照组产妇肠鸣音恢复时间为(21.10±2.35)h、首次肛门排气时间为(28.36±3.25)h、首次排便时间为(59.48±7.65)h、腹胀发生率为78%(39/50),研究组分别为(15.25±1.52)h、(17.26±2.65)h、(46.69±6.52)h、62%(31/50),两组上述指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=14.782、P<0.001,t=18.717、P<0.001,t=8.998、P<0.001,Z=-2.608、P=0.009)。结论红炉拨筋循经疗法能够有效缩短产妇剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复时间,且操作简单,值得临床广泛应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Honglu Bajin meridian therapy in the promotion of anal exhaust after cesarean section.Methods This was a clinical intervention study.The research subjects were 100 puerperae who underwent cesarean section in Department of Obstetrics,Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group were(26.56±4.25)years old,and the observation group were(27.21±3.26)years old.The control group were routinely given dietary guidance,exercise guidance,psychological care,and abdominal and acupoint massage after cesarean section.On the basis of control group except for acupoint massage,the observation group took Honglu Bajin meridian therapy on Zuyang Mingwei meridian and lower limb section of Zutai Yinpi meridian.The convalescing times of bowel sounds,the first anal exhaust times,the first defecation times and the abdominal distension before anal exhaust were compared between the two groups after the intervention.t test and rank sum test were used.Results After the intervention,the convalescing time of bowel sounds,the first anal exhaust time,the first defecation time,and the incidence of abdominal distension were(21.10±2.35)h,(28.36±3.25)h,(59.48±7.65)h,and 78%(39/50)in the control group,and were(15.25±1.52)h,(17.26±2.65)h,(46.69±6.52)h,and 62%(31/50)in the observation group,with statistical differences(t=14.782,P<0.001;t=18.717,P<0.001;t=8.998,P<0.001;Z=-2.608,P=0.009).Conclusion Honglu Bajin meridian therapy can effectively shorten the convalescing time of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section,and the operation is simple,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
