从“毫不妥协”到“有条件让步妥协”——中央苏区工商阶层政治动员考察

From“No Compromise”to“Conditional Compromise”——Investigation on the Political Mobilization of the Industrial and Commercial Strata in the Central Soviet Area

工商阶层“亦敌亦友”的特殊身份,使其成为中央苏区政治动员对象之一。由于中共对工商阶层特性的认识有一个逐渐清晰的过程,加上各地苏区在具体斗争中的思维惯性,工商阶层政治动员呈现从“毫不妥协”到“有条件让步妥协”并将斗争贯穿始终的曲折发展过程。在经历思想认识转变、具体政策调整和实际动员变化的过程中,中共逐步学会了利用现有工商资源为苏维埃政权服务,这加强了战争条件下的经济工作,改善了工农生活,充分展示了中央苏区工商阶层政治动员的实践特色。

The special status of the industrial and commercial class as“frenemies”became one of the political mobilization objects in the Central Soviet Area.The political mobilization of the industrial and commercial strata showed a tortuous development process From“no compromise”to“conditional compromise”and continued the struggle throughout the whole process because the CPC had a gradually clear understanding of the industrial and commercial strata and the thinking inertia of the Soviet areas in specific struggles.The CPC gradually learned to use its existing industrial and commercial resources to serve the Soviet regime in the process of changing its ideology and understanding,adjusting its specific policies and implementing them in practice,which not only strengthened the economic work under the condition of war,but also tried to improve the life of workers and peasants in the face of the problem of“scissors difference”,and fully demonstrated the practical characteristics of political mobilization of the industrial and commercial strata in the Central Soviet Area.
