Goverance for and on the people embodies that the Communist Party of China serves for the people,fully demonstrating the people-centered governing idea.Safeguarding the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of Chinese people and ensuring people's dominant position require us to understand the inherent connection between the rights conferred by the people and the use of power for the people.Through developing socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics,improving the decision-making mechanism,leadership mechanism and work contact mechanism,innovating the mass work mechanism and improving the mass work system,we will organically unify and institutionalize governance for and on the people,and constantly improve various systems.
