摘要
课程考核评价是大学教学评价的重要内容,是人才培养过程的重要环节,是检验学生学习效果和评价人才培养质量的重要手段。文章从专业认证“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的核心理念入手,厘清课程目标、毕业要求、教学实施、考核评价之间的逻辑关系,遵循反向设计原则,以学生学习产出为导向,构建起课程考核评价体系,在部分高校工商管理类课程中进行了实践检验并取得了效果,为同类课程考核评价提供了参考和借鉴。
As an important part of university teaching evaluation,curriculum assessment and evaluation is an essential part in the process of talents training,and it is also a key means to test how much students learn and evaluate how well the talents are cultivated.Starting with the professional certification's core concept of“students-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement”,this paper clarifies the logical relationship among curriculum objectives,graduation requirements,teaching implementation and assessment and evaluation.It follows the principle of reverse design,and constructs a curriculum assessment and evaluation system guided by students'learning output.The system has been tested in business administration courses of some colleges and it achieved results,which provides a reference for the examination and evaluation of similar courses.
