四海取穴论治帕金森病研究进展

Research progress on Parkinson’s disease by acupoint selection of Sihai

通过依次分析髓海、血海、气海、水谷之海与帕金森病的关系,明确四海与帕金森病的发生、发展密不可分。依据相关研究,指出从四海输注穴治疗帕金森病重在调动阳气,资助先天,联系脏腑,助生气血。总结说明针刺治疗帕金森应该注重整体辨证和气、血、精、髄的汇通,以及针刺四海的上下重要腧穴,对临床具有指导意义。

By analyzing relationship between the Suihai,Xuehai,Qihai,Shuigu Zhihai and Parkinson’s disease,it makes clear that the Sihai are inseparable from the occurrence and development of Parkinson’s disease.According to the relevant research,the treatment of Parkinson’s disease from the Sihai point infusion is to mobilize Yangqi,support congenital,connect viscera,help blood.It is proposed that acupuncture treatment of Parkinson’s disease should pay attention to the overall syndrome differentiation and the confluence of Qi,Xue,Jing,Sui,and acupuncture of the upper and lower acupoints of the Sihai has guiding significance to clinical practice.
