摘要
通过合理配煤,优化工艺指标,尤其是对配煤水分和煤饼堆密度的控制,避免了过捣固问题。同时通过加强焦炉操作管理,捣固工艺生产的焦炭完全可以满足2000m^(3)以上大型高炉的生产需求。
This paper mainly introduced that through optimized coal blending process,especially the control of moisture content in coal blending and density of coal cake,over-stamping can be avoided.Besides,the operation management of coke oven was strengthened.As a result,the stamp-charge battery coke can meet the demand of large blast furnace above 2,000m^(3).
