摘要
高职院校定向培养士官作为“订单式”培养军事人才的重要途径,使命在肩,责任在身。高职院校应紧贴国家需求,努力培养满足国防和军队建设需要的高素质士官人才。文章分析定向培养士官现状,重塑定向培养士官“三爱”“三为”价值取向,探索基于价值取向的高职定向培养专业技术士官人才策略,以期为高职院校定向培养士官人才的教改研究提供建设性建议。
The directional training of non commissioned officers in higher vocational colleges,as an important way of"order"training military talents,has the mission and responsibility.Higher vocational colleges should keep close to the needs of the country and strive to cultivate high-quality non commissioned officers to meet the needs of national defense and military construction.This paper analyzes the current situation of directional training of non commissioned officers,reshapes the value orientation of"three loves"and"three actions"of directional training of non commissioned officers,and explores the strategy of directional training of professional and technical non commissioned officers in higher vocational colleges based on the value orientation,in order to provide constructive suggestions for the teaching reform research of directional training of non commissioned officers in higher vocational colleges.
