农村学校注重家校互动 培养学生良好学习习惯

摘要 教育不局限于学校,教育的最大成效应是学校和家庭教育的一致性。良好的家校互动就是建立在家庭和学校尊重教育一致性的基础上的。这其中,教师起主导作用,家长积极配合,双方共同为学生学习习惯的养成、学习能力的提高努力。在农村学校,家校互动存在教师观念保守、家长意识不强、幼儿园不重视、教师及家长教育观念差异大、关系不和谐等问题。基于此,教师要积极组织家校互动活动,发挥幼儿的主体作用,认真对待家长、学生的反馈,丰富家校互动方式。 Education is not limited to schools.The greatest effect of education is the consistency between school and family education.Good home-school interaction is based on the respect for educational consistency between family and school.Among them,teachers play a leading role and parents actively cooperate.Both sides work together to develop students'learning habits and improve their learning ability.In rural schools,there are some problems in home school interaction,such as conservative concept of teachers,weak awareness of parents,lack of attention in kindergartens,great differences in educational concepts between teachers and parents,disharmonious relationship and so on.Based on this,teachers should actively organize home school interaction activities,give play to the main role of children,take seriously the feedback of parents and students,and enrich the way of home-school interaction.
