中职体育教学中学生团队合作精神培养刍探

随着教育体制改革的不断推进,体育学科越来越受到重视,其是促进学生德智体美劳全面发展的重要途径。而合作精神是体育精神的重要组成部分,也是体育教学的重要内容,良好的团队合作精神有利于培养中职学生的竞争意识和积极向上的心态,增强中职学生间的情感,使中职学生建立良好的人际关系。在教学中,教师可通过制定科学的活动原则、激发学生的积极性、建立健全奖惩制度、巧用多媒体以及开展校园体育文化活动等策略培养学生的团队合作精神。

With the continuous advancement of the reform of the educational system,physical education has attracted more and more attention.It is an important way to promote the all-round development of students'morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.The spirit of cooperation is not only an important part of the spirit of physical education,but also an important content of physical education teaching.A good team spirit is conducive to cultivating the competitive consciousness and positive mentality of secondary vocational students,enhancing the emotion among secondary vocational students,and enabling secondary vocational students to establish a good interpersonal relationship.In teaching,teachers can cultivate students'team spirit by formulating scientific activity principles,stimulating students'enthusiasm,establishing and perfecting reward and punishment system,skillfully using multimedia and carrying out campus sports and cultural activities.
