矿用降温服常温石蜡基相变材料制备及性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Room Temperature Paraffin-Based Phase Change Materials for Mine Cooling Clothing

对不同种类的石蜡混合、石蜡和纯组分烷烃进行混合复配,并对制备的样品进行相变温度和相变潜热研究,结果表明:矿用降温服所采用的常温石蜡基相变材料相变温度为16.9℃,相变潜热为124.2 J/g,该降温服具有很好的热舒适性和降温特性,能够满足井下降温的需要。

The mixture of paraffin wax,paraffin wax and pure paraffin was studied,and the phase change temperature and latent heat of the prepared sample were studied.The results show that the phase change temperature of normal temperature paraffin-based phase change material is 16.9℃,and the latent heat of phase change is 124.2 J/g.
