麦秆酸解制备还原糖的研究

摘要 麦秆用盐酸进行酸解,探究了不同料液比及处理时间酸解后对麦秆酶解制备还原糖的影响。结果表明:随着料液比的增加,麦秆的纤维素和半纤维素的保留率逐渐减少,木质素的脱除率逐渐增加,浸泡时间控制在60 min最佳。在80℃、浓度0.8 mol/L、浸泡60 min、料液比1∶100条件下预处理的麦秆,酶解后溶液中还原糖含量达5.7 g/L。 Wheat straw was acidified with hydrochloric acid.The effects of different solid-liquid ratio and treatment time on the preparation of reducing sugar by enzymatic hydrolysis of wheat straw were studied.The results showed that with the increase of material liquid ratio,the retention rate of cellulose and hemicellulose of wheat straw decreased grad⁃ually,the removal rate of lignin increased gradually,and the best soaking time was 60 min.After enzymatic hydrolysis,the content of reducing sugar in the solution reached 5.7 g/L.
