“水质丁基黄原酸的测定液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法”(HJ 1002-2018)的实验室方法验证 被引量:1

摘要 通过测定检出限、测定下限、准确度和精密度等特征参数对“水质丁基黄原酸的测定液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法”(HJ 1002-2018)进行了实验室方法验证。结果显示,实验室测定丁基黄原酸的检出限为0.08μg/L,小于方法要求的0.2μg/L;对低、中、高三个浓度(1.0μg/L、10.0μg/L、100μg/L)水平的丁基黄原酸进行精密度检验,标准偏差分别为4.6%、0.7%、0.9%。丁基黄原酸的地表水中的加标回收率为97%~103%,准确度和精密度均满足质控要求。 The determination of water quality-determination of butyl xanthate-liquid chromatography/triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(HJ 1002-2018)was validated by determining the detection limit,lower limit,accuracy and precision.The results showed that the detection limit of butyl xanthate was 0.08μg/L,which was less than 0.2μg/L.The precision test of butyl xanthate at low,middle and high concentrations(1.0μg/L,10.0μg/L and 100μg/L)was carried out.The standard deviations were 4.6%,0.7%and 0.9%.The recovery of butyl xanthate in surface water is 97%~103%,and the accuracy and precision meet the requirements of quality control.
