Research on the Integration of 1+X Certificate System and Higher Vocational Talent Training System

1+X证书制度能使学生的各项技能得到全面发展,更符合高职院校对复合型技术人才的培养要求,并在极大程度上满足了当前市场对新型人才的需求。文章分析人才培养模式的内涵,阐述1+X证书制度对人才模式改革的作用,并从培养高素质技术人才的1+X证书制度制定的意义、1+X证书制度为完善人才培养体系提供依据两方面,对1+X证书制度与高职院校人才培养体系的融合性分析进行探讨。

The development of 1+X certificate system in higher vocational colleges can meet the requirements of the current market for compound talents.This paper analyzes the talent training mode,expounds the role of 1+X certificate system in the reform of talent mode,and discusses the integration of 1+X certificate system and talent training system in higher vocational colleges from two aspects:the significance of formulating 1+X certificate system for cultivating high-quality technical talents and the basis provided by 1+X certificate system for perfecting talent training system.
