高职院校物流管理专业教学改革探究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Logistics Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

物流管理专业教学,存在着许多亟待解决的问题,需要高职院校和教师共同努力,不断进行调整与完善,以更好地促进物流管理专业教学质量的提升,培养更多符合社会和企业发展需求的综合型专业人才。文章对高职院校物流管理专业教学改革的必要性、存在的不足进行分析,指出高职院校要加强物流管理专业教学资源的更新,合理定位人才培养模式,完善师资队伍建设,创新教学模式、激发学生学习兴趣,加强实践教学、深化校企合作。

In the teaching of logistics management specialty,there are many problems to be solved urgently,which need the joint efforts of higher vocational colleges and teachers to constantly adjust and improve,so as to better promote the improvement of the teaching quality of logistics management specialty and cultivate more comprehensive professionals who meet the development needs of society and enterprises.This paper analyzes the necessity and shortcomings of the teaching reform of logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges,and points out that higher vocational colleges should strengthen the renewal of teaching resources of logistics management specialty,reasonably locate the talent training mode,improve the construction of teaching staff,innovate the teaching mode,stimulate students'learning interest,strengthen practical teaching and deepen school enterprise cooperation.
