核心素养导向下的高校师范生培养模式研究--以阳江职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 对现有的师范生培养模式进行检视,不难发现还存在师德培养未铸魂、师能训练未体系化、协同育人机制未完善等问题。文章分析“阳江职院”师范生培养模式创建的背景,探讨培养大专师范生核心素养的必要性和当前高职院校师范生培养模式存在的问题,指出要设置四位一体的课程体系,建设多元互补的师资队伍,搭建两个素养提升平台,构建一个实训新模式,建立三所基地学校,创立一个协同育人机制。 By examining the existing training mode of normal students,it is not difficult to find that there are still some problems,such as the cultivation of teachers'morality has not cast the soul,the training of teachers'ability has not been systematized,the training mode is single and closed,and the collaborative education mechanism is not perfect.This paper analyzes the background of the establishment of the training mode of normal students in"Yangjiang Vocational and Technical College",discusses the necessity of cultivating the core competence of college normal students and the problems existing in the current training mode of normal students in higher vocational colleges,and points out that it is necessary to set up a four in one curriculum system,build a diversified and complementary teaching team,build two literacy improvement platforms,build a new practical training mode,establish three base schools,and create a collaborative education mechanism.
