城乡幼儿园教育差异与均衡化发展研究--以静宁县为例

摘要 幼儿园教育是教育的基础阶段,关乎后续的教育质量,更关乎孩子的未来发展。国家越来越重视幼儿园教育,实施了一系列的教育改革,改善农村学前教育的薄弱点,建立学前教育均等机制。在这种大背景下,农村幼儿园教育得到长足发展,但与城市幼儿园教育相比,还存在很多不足。文章以静宁县城乡幼儿园教育为研究对象,通过深入调查,科学分析,指出静宁县城乡幼儿园教育在硬件设施、教学资源、师资力量等方面存在的不足,并分析这些不足对农村幼儿园教育事业发展带来的不利影响,指出政府、社会、幼儿园应采取措施,努力补足短板,让农村幼儿园教育与城市幼儿园教育“并驾齐驱”,让广大农村幼儿也能享受同等的教育资源,获得与城市幼儿一样的成长机会。 Kindergarten education is the starting point and foundation of all education.It is not only related to the quality of follow-up education,but also related to the future development of children.The country has set up a series of equal pre-school education reform in Rural Kindergartens and improved a series of pre-school education mechanisms.In this context,rural kindergarten education has made great progress,but compared with urban kindergarten education,there are still many deficiencies.Taking urban and rural kindergarten education in Jingning county as the research object,through in-depth investigation and scientific analysis,this paper points out the deficiencies of urban and rural kindergarten education in Jingning county in terms of hardware facilities,teaching resources and teachers,analyzes the adverse impact of these deficiencies on the development of rural kindergarten education,and points out that the government,society and kindergartens should take measures to make up for their shortcomings,let rural kindergarten education keep pace with urban kindergarten education,so that the majority of rural children can enjoy the same educational resources and obtain the same growth opportunities as urban children.
