NO-NOS与OSAS合并高血压的关系及CPAP治疗对OSAS合并高血压患者NO-NOS的影响

摘要 一氧化氮(NO)是心血管系统中的信号分子,在心血管系统中发挥着重要作用。NO及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)可通过调节血管的舒缩功能维持血压的稳定。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAS)患者多合并有高血压。OSAS患者存在NO-NOS改变,可引起血管内皮功能失调,这可能是导致其发生高血压的重要原因。进行持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗可使NOS的表达及活性发生改变,这可能在一定程度上增强药物降压的效果,使OSAS合并高血压患者的血压进一步下降。本文就NO-NOS与OSAS合并高血压的关系及进行CPAP治疗对OSAS合并高血压患者NO-NOS的影响进行综述。 Nitric oxide(NO)is a signaling molecule in the cardiovascular system,which plays an important role in the cardiovascular system.NO and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)can maintain the stability of blood pressure by regulating the vasomotor function.Patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAS)often have hypertension.The changes of NO-NOS in OSAS patients may cause vascular endothelial dysfunction,which may be an important cause of hypertension.Continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)therapy can change the expression and activity of NOS,which may enhance the antihypertensive effect of drugs to some extent,and further reduce blood pressure in patients with OSAS complicated with hypertension.This article reviews the relationship between NO-NOS and OSAS with hypertension and the effect of CPAP therapy on NO-NOS in OSAS with hypertension.
