碳酸司维拉姆对终末期肾病合并高磷血症患者磷钙代谢及LDL-C水平的影响

Effects of selveram carbonate on phospho-calcium metabolism and LDL-C lev el in patients with end-stage renal disease complicated with hyperphosphatemia

目的:探究用碳酸司维拉姆对终末期肾病(ESRD)合并高磷血症患者进行治疗对其磷钙代谢及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平的影响。方法:将东莞市寮步医院2019年7月至2021年6月期间收治的90例ESRD合并高磷血症患者纳入本研究。随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各有患者45例。对两组患者均进行对症治疗,在此基础上用碳酸司维拉姆对观察组患者进行治疗,用醋酸钙对对照组患者进行治疗。比较两组患者血磷、血钙和血清LDL-C的水平、磷钙乘积及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者血磷、血钙、血清LDL-C的水平和钙磷乘积均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药期间,观察组患者不良反应的发生率为2.22%,对照组患者不良反应的发生率为13.33%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对ESRD合并高磷血症患者进行对症治疗的同时,用碳酸司维拉姆对其进行治疗能显著改善其磷钙代谢及血清LDL-C的水平,且治疗的安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effects of treatment with selveram carbonate on phospho-calcium metabolism and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)level in patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD)complicated with hyperphosphatemia.Methods:A total of 90 patients with ESRD complicated with hyperphosphatemia admitted to Liaobu Hospital of Dongguan city from July 2019 to June 2021 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with symptomatic treatment,on this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with selveram carbonate,and patients in the control group were treated with calcium acetate.The levels of serum phosphorus,serum calcium and serum LDL-C,the product of phosphorus and calcium and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the tw o groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of blood phospho rus,blood calcium,serum LDL-C and the product of calcium and phosphorus in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During medication,the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.22%in the observation group and 13.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:In addition to symptomatic treatment for ESRD patients with hyperphosphatemia,treatment with selveram carbonate can significantly improve phosphorus and calcium metabolism and ser um LDL-C level,and the safety of treatment is high.
