摘要
目的:探究用超声雾化吸入联合鼻窦负压置换疗法治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎的有效性及安全性。方法:选择南方医院太和分院2018年12月至2020年12月收治的120例慢性鼻窦炎患儿作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各有患儿60例。对两组患儿均进行常规药物治疗,在此基础上用超声雾化吸入联合鼻窦负压置换疗法对观察组患儿进行治疗,然后比较两组患儿的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:观察组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分、Lund-Mackey评分和DIP内镜评分均低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿的鼻黏膜纤毛输送率(MTR)和鼻黏膜纤毛清除率(MCC)均高于对照组患儿,其血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的水平均低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿在治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应,其肝肾指标均在正常范围内。结论:在对慢性鼻窦炎患儿进行常规药物治疗的基础上,用超声雾化吸入联合鼻窦负压置换疗法对其进行治疗能显著提高其疗效,改善其鼻黏膜纤毛的传输功能,减轻其鼻黏膜的炎症反应,且治疗的安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of ultrasonic atomization inhalation combined with sinus negative pressure replacement therapy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children.Methods:A total of 120 children with chronic sinusitis admitted to Taihe Branch of Nanfang Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 children in each group.On the basis of conventional drug therapy for both groups,ultrasonic atomization inhalation combined with nasal sinus negative pressure replacement therapy was used to treat the children in the observation group,and then the efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)score,Lund-Mackey score and DIP endoscopy score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MTR and MCC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the serum interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment,and the liver and kidney indexes were within the normal range.Conclusions:On the basis of conventional drug therapy for children with chronic sinusitis,ultrasonic atomization inhalation combined with sinus negative pressure replacement therapy can significantly improve the curative effect,improve the transmission function of nasal mucosa cilia,reduce the inflammatory response of nasal mucosa,and the safety of treatment is high.
