摘要 目的:探讨用人工肝血浆置换术治疗重型肝炎的效果。方法:选取绵阳市中心医院2020年6月至12月期间收治的60例重型肝炎患者作为研究对象。按照随机排列法将其分为参照组和研究组。参照组30例患者接受对症治疗,研究组30例患者在接受对症治疗的同时采用人工肝血浆置换术进行治疗。比较两组患者的肝功能指标、凝血功能指标及并发症的发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)短于参照组患者,其血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和总胆红素(TBiL)的水平均低于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,研究组患者并发症的发生率为6.67%,参照组患者并发症的发生率为26.67%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对重型肝炎患者进行常规治疗的基础上,对其实施人工肝血浆置换术能显著改善其肝功能和凝血功能,降低其并发症的发生率。 Objective:To investigate the effect of artificial liver plasma replacement in the treatment of severe hepatitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with severe hepatitis admitted to Mianyang Central Hospital from June to December 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the random arrangement method,they were divided into reference group and study group.30 patients in the control group received symptomatic treatment,and 30 patients in the research group received symptomatic treatment and artificial liver plasma replacement.The liver function index,coagulation function index and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the plasma prothrombin time(PT)of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total bilirubin(TBiL)were lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of complications was 6.67%in the study group and 26.67%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment for patients with severe hepatitis,artificial liver plasma replacement can significantly improve their liver function and coagulation function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
