康柏西普联合全视网膜光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变对患者视力及眼压的影响

Effect of Combocipropionate combined with total retinal photocoagulation on visual acuity and intraocular pressure of diabetic retinopathy

目的:分析用康柏西普联合全视网膜光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变对患者视力及眼压的影响。方法:抽选2019年1月至2020年2月绵阳市中心医院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者84例,按随机数表法将其分为常规组与康柏西普组(42例/组)。为两组患者均采用全视网膜光凝术进行治疗。在进行光凝术前,为康柏西普组患者在玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普。治疗后,比较两组患者的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)及眼压。结果:在术后1个月、术后3个月,康柏西普组患者的BCVA均高于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在术后1 d、术后2周,康柏西普组患者的眼压均低于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用康柏西普联合全视网膜光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变可取得良好的临床疗效,能够有效提高患者的视力,降低其眼压。

Objective:To analyze the effects of Combuciprode combined with total retinal photocoagulation on visual acuity and intraocular pressure of patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods:a total of 84 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into routine group and Compaseipropidium group(42 cases/group)according to random number table method.All patients in both groups were treated with total retinal photocoagulation.Before photocoagulation,patients in the combucept group were injected intravitreal.After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and intraocular pressure were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1 month and 3 months after surgery,BCVA of patients in compaxerib group was higher than that in conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On day 1 and 2 weeks after surgery,the iOP of comboxerib group was lower than that of conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of combuciprode and total retinal photocoagulation can achieve good clinical ef ficacy in the treatm ent of diabetic retinopathy,which can effectively improve the visual acuity and reduce the intraocular pressure.
