手部湿疹中医治疗方法的概况与展望

General situation and prospect of TCM treatment of hand eczema

手部湿疹是临床上常见的一种皮肤病。此病患者的患处多瘙痒难忍,甚至干裂出血,其病情易反复发作,缠绵难愈,给其身心带来了较严重的影响。现代医学对于手部湿疹尚缺少针对性的治疗方法,疗效不理想,且很多药物往往有不同程度的副作用。与此相比,中医药在手部湿疹的治疗上往往有较理想的效果,且副作用少,方法多元化。本文从当前的临床报道中总结了中医药治疗手部湿疹的各种方法,以便拓宽本病的治疗思路,并为本病的深入研究及疗法创新提供参考。

Hand eczema is a common clinical skin disease.The affected part of the patient with this disease is more itchy and difficult to endure,even dr y crack bleeding,its condition is easy to repeat,lingering difficult to heal,to its body and m ind brought more serious impact.Modern medicine for hand eczema is still lack of targeted treatment,the efficacy is not ideal,and many drugs often have different degrees of side effects.In contrast,traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hand eczema often has a better effect,with fewer side effects and diversified methods.This paper summarizes various methods of TCM treatment of hand eczema from the current clinical reports,in order to broaden the treatment ideas of this disease,and provide reference for the in-depth research and treatment innovation of this disease.
