苓桂术甘汤加味的临床应用体会及验案举隅

摘要 苓桂术甘汤一方出自张仲景所著的中医经典《伤寒杂病论》中,具有温阳化饮、健脾利湿之功效。笔者在吴品奎名老中医的指导下根据辨证施治的原则抓住中阳不足之痰饮这一病机,临证时常用苓桂术甘汤加味治疗痰湿相关性头部疾患,如痰湿上蒙型多寐、眩晕、头痛等,临床效果显著,既扩大了经方的应用范围,又促进了经方的传承发展。 Linggui Zhugan Decoction comes from the classic Chinese medicine“On Febrid miscellaneous Diseases”written by Zhang Zhongjing,which has the effect of warming Yang and transforming drink,invigorating spleen and dampness.The author under the guidance of Wu Pinkui name old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine based on the principle of evidence-based medicine to seize ZhongYang of phlegm retention the pathogenesis,clinical often used three guangxi art tonga taste treatments phlegmy wet head correlation disease,such as phlegm wet type,insomnia,dizziness,headache,etc.,clinical effect is remarkable,is to expand the application range of the party,and to promote the development by the inheritance.
