用解郁化痰汤治疗肺结节的疗效探究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察用解郁化痰汤治疗气郁痰阻型肺结节的临床疗效。方法:选取50例气郁痰阻型肺结节患者,采用解郁化痰汤对其进行3个月的治疗。观察治疗前后其肺结节危险程度分级、肺结节CT影像学指标的变化情况。结果:治疗后,50例患者中肺结节危险程度分级为高危、中危患者的占比均较治疗前降低,其中肺结节危险程度分级为低危患者的占比较治疗前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,50例患者肺结节的数量较治疗前减少,其肺结节的直径较治疗前减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为气郁痰阻型肺结节患者采用解郁化痰汤进行治疗的临床效果显著,可有效减小其肺结节的直径,降低其肺结节的危险分级,减少其肺结节的数量。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Huatan Decoction in the treatment of pulmonary nodules with qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction.Methods:50 patients with lung nodules with qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction were treated with Jieyu Huatan Decoction for 3 months.The risk grade and CT imaging indexes of pulmonary nodules were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the proportion of patients with high risk and medium risk of pulmonary nodules decreased compared with before treatment,and the proportion of patients with low risk of pulmonary nodules increased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of pulmonary nodules in 50 patients decreased compared with before treatment,and the diameter of pulmonary nodules decreased compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jieyu Huatan Decoction has significant clinical effect on the treatment of lung nodules with qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction,which can effectively reduce the diameter,risk grade and number of lung nodules.
