研究我国归化运动员身份认同的构成和培育,关乎体育归化目标之实现,以及我国竞技体育事业的健康稳定。基于身份、价值和规范分析,得出结论:我国归化运动员具有三重身份,即法律身份中国公民、体育身份中国籍运动员、文化身份中国社会精英。培育法律身份认同,目标是守法公民,判断标准为遵守我国法律与公序良俗;培育体育身份认同,目标是合格运动员,判断标准为履行运动员义务,并与本土运动员形成平等、团结的关系;培育文化身份认同,目标是行业中坚、青年少榜样、爱国者,判断标准分别为引领项目发展、为青少年提供正面表率、至少拥护祖国统一和通过体育致力于中华民族伟大复兴。培育对上述三重身份的认同,应遵循体育优先、尊重体育规律、求同存异的原则,路径体系为:体育保障,包括保障体育权利、协调体育关系、保障职业发展;政治统合,包括政治参与、政治吸纳、荣誉授予;文化宣教,包括法治宣教、国情教育、反对歧视;社会融合,包括社会参与、心理关怀、生活支持。

The research on the formation and cultivation of the identity of Chinese naturalized athletes is related to the realization of the goal of sports naturalization,and also affects the healthy development and stability of Chinese competitive sports.Based on the analysis of identity,values and norms,it can be concluded that Chinese naturalized athletes have three identities,namely legal identity as Chinese citizens,sports identity as Chinese athletes,and cultural identity as Chinese social elites.The cultivation of legal identity is aimed at law-abiding citizens,and its judgment standard is to abide by Chinese laws and public order and good customs;The goal of cultivating sports identity is qualified athletes,and the criterion is to fulfill the obligations of athletes and form an equal and solidarity relationship with local athletes;The cultivation of cultural identity aims to cultivate industry backbones,role models for the youth group and patriots,and its judgment criteria are to lead the development of related projects,provide a positive example for the youth group,support the reunification of the motherland,and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through sports.To cultivate the recognition of the above-mentioned triple identities,it requires following the principles of giving priority to sports,respecting the laws of sports,and seeking common ground while reserving differences.The system of implement approaches includes:Provide sports guarantee,including protecting the sports rights of athletes,coordinating sports relations,and ensuring career development;Implement political integration,including political participation,political absorption,and honorary awards;Conduct cultural education,including legal education,national conditions education,and anti-discrimination;Promote social integration,including social participation,psychological care,and daily life support.
