我国竞技体育后备人才“体教融合”培养模式研究述评

Review on the Training Mode of"Combination of Teaching And Sports"for Reserve Talents of Competitive Sports in China

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对“体教融合”培养模式的研究现状进行梳理,旨在全面掌握该模式在我国现有研究中达成的共识、不足以及对未来研究趋势做出科学的预判与展望。研究发现:1)研究热点集中在概念内涵探讨、价值探索、理论依据、问题审视、国外借鉴、应对策略等,并对其中部分观点达成了共识;2)理论研究视角单一,研究宽度与广度不够,多从体育的角度出发,交叉学科理论知识借鉴匮乏;实证研究数据获取以及相关方法运用的严谨性有待商榷;研究范式固化,多共性研究,少分区域、分人群的个性研究。在此基础上,提出后续研究重点:1)细化拓展研究内容,积极借鉴管理学、教育学、政治学、经济学等母学科的研究趋势和视角,从制度变迁、政策执行等视角进行更深入的理论探索;2)更新完善研究方法,综合运用定性研究结合定量研究,用数据揭示现实困境,用理论基础加以解读升华;3)增强研究者自身理论与实证分析能力,构建具有中国特色的“新型”竞技体育后备人才培养体系。

Using literature,logical analysis and other methods to sort out the current research situation of the training mode of"combination of teaching and sports",aiming to comprehensively grasp the consensus and deficiency reached in the existing research of this mode in China,and make scientific prediction and outlook for the future research trend.The research results show that:1)the research focuses on the discussion of concept connotation,value exploration,theoretical basis,existing problems,foreign reference,and coping strategies,and some of them have reached consensus;2)the theoretical research perspective is single,the research width and scope are not enough,and the interdisciplinary theoretical knowledge is scarce from the perspective of sports;empirical research data acquisition As well as the rigor of the application of relevant methods to be discussed;research paradigm solidification,more common research,less regional,sub population personality research.On this basis,the following research focuses are proposed:1)Detailed and expand the research content.Actively learn from the research trends and perspectives of parent disciplines such as management,education,politics and economics,and conduct more in-depth theoretical exploration from the perspective of institutional change and policy implementation;2)update and improve the research methods.Comprehensively use qualitative research and quantitative research,reveal the real difficulties with data,interpret and sublimate with theoretical basis;3)enhance the researchers'own theoretical and empirical analysis ability,and build a"new"competitive sports reserve talent training system with Chinese characteristics.
