摘要
目的研究iRoot SP结合不同技术根管充填后桩道预备对根尖1/3处充填材料与根管壁之间粘接强度的影响。方法收集因正畸、牙周病等新鲜拔除的单根管离体牙60颗,截去牙冠并统一修整牙根长度为12mm并随机分为6组,A1、B1组分别用iRoot SP和热牙胶根充,A2、B2组分别用iRoot SP和单尖根充,A3、B3组分别用iRoot SP和冷侧压根充。1周后,A1、A2、A3组作为对照组不做处理,B1、B2、B3组进行桩道预备,将所有样本牙切成厚度1.00mm的薄片,在万能试验机上推出力最大载荷值F,通过公式P=F/A计算粘接强度,并用SPSS22.0做统计分析,同时观察断裂方式并计算百分比。结果当使用iRoot SP和单尖法充填时桩道预备会降低根尖区牙本质粘接强度(P<0.05),iRoot SP和热牙胶组/冷侧压组:桩道预备前后平均粘接强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。桩道预备后B1、B2、B3组混合断裂占比依次为60.00%、54.55%、54.55%。结论桩道预备会影响根管充填材料与根管壁间的粘接强度。采用iRoot SP和单尖法进行根管充填后,桩道预备会导致根尖区粘接强度降低。桩道预备后3组均以混合断裂模式居多。
Objective To study the effect of post space preparation on the bonding strength of the filling material at the apical 1/3 segment.Methods A total of 60 single tube isolated teeth freshly removed from orthodontic and periodontal disease were collected,crowns were cut and the root length was 12 mm and randomly divided into 6 groups.Groups A1 and B1 were filled with iRoot SP and continuous wave condensation,groups A2 and B2 were filled with iRoot SP and single core,and groups A3 and B3 were filled with iRoot SP and cold lateral compaction.After 1 week,groups A1、A2、A3 as control groups,groups B1、B2、B3 prepared the post,cut all sample teeth into a thickness of 1.00 mm thickness,force maximum load value F was introduced on the universal test machine,strength was calculated by formula P=F/A.Statistical analysis was done with SPSS 22.0,while fracture mode was observed and percentage was calculated.Results Post space preparation significantly reduces the dentine adhesion strength when filled using iRoot SP and single core technology(P<0.05).There were no differences in the average bonding strength before and after the post preparation in iRoot SP and continuous wave condensation group/cold lateral compaction group(P>0.05).The proportion of B1,B2 and B3 were 60.00%,54.55%and 54.55%.Conclusion The post space preparation will affect the bonding strength.After the root canal obturation with iRoot SP and single core technology,the post space preparation has significant reduced adhesion strength in the apical region.All three groups of post space preparation are mostly in mixed fracture mode.
