双心医学模式在冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者中的应用效果

Effects of Two-Heart Medical Model on Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Anxiety and Depression

目的探讨双心医学模式在冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者中的应用效果。方法选取延津县人民医院2020年9月至2021年9月收治的86例冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者,根据入院顺序分为对照组、观察组,各43例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受双心医学模式护理。对比两组住院指标(住院时间、住院费用);比较两组护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和西雅图心绞痛问卷(SAQ)评分;比较两组心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、静息心率]、护理满意度。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组、住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05);护理后与对照组相比,观察组SAS、SDS评分较低,SAQ评分较高(P<0.05);护理后观察组LVEF高于对照组,静息心率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度[97.67%(42/43)]高于对照组[81.40%(35/43)](P<0.05)。结论双心医学模式可改善冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者不良情绪状态,促进心功能改善,缩短住院时间,提高生活质量,从而提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of double-heart medical model on coronary heart disease patients with anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression in Yanjin County People's Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given double-heart medical model nursing.Hospitalization indexes(length of stay and hospitalization cost)were compared between the two groups.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)scores were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),resting heart rate]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay and the cost of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the cost of hospitalization in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower,and the SAQ score was higher(P<0.05).After nursing,the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the resting heart rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group[97.67%(42/43)]was higher than that of the control group[81.40%(35/43)](P<0.05).Conclusion The double-heart medical model can significantly improve the adverse emotional state of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression,promote the improvement of cardiac function,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the quality of life,and thus-heart medical model;cardiac function improve nursing satisfaction.
