急性心肌梗死一体化救治高效网络平台的构建

Construction of an efficient network platform for the integrated treatment of acute myocardial infarction

为进一步提高急性心肌梗死救治成功率,行之有效的办法就是将院内的胸痛中心建设延伸到院外的胸痛单元。为此,笔者所在的课题组开发了高效急救网络平台APP软件,构建了急性心肌梗死一体化救治模式。心血管病患者一旦发病,只需一键启动,就可以实现从发病、呼救、现场处置到医院诊治的无缝衔接。该模式使急性心肌梗死诊疗的时间窗口从原来的医院急诊室前置到患者所在的住处,从而提高了救治效率,降低了死亡率,改善了预后。这种基于网络平台的一体化救治模式是突发危重症的高效诊疗模式,不仅适用于心脑血管疾病的救治,也可应用于创伤、其他急危重症的救治。

To further increase the rate of successful rescue of acute myocardial infarction,the effective way is to extend the inhospital construction of chest pain center to chest pain unit outside hospital.Therefore,we developed the APP software of the highly efficient first-aid network platform and constructed the integrated treatment mode of acute myocardial infarction.In case of a sudden cardiovascular attack,the patient can get continuous treatment from the time point of onset to the call for help,on-site treatment,and all way to hospital diagnosis and treatment,without interruption with just one button.The time window for the diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction is brought forward from the emergency room of the hospital to the patient home,thus improving treatment efficiency,reducing mortality and improving prognosis of patients.This integrated treatment based on the network platform is an efficient diagnosis and treatment mode for sudden critical diseases,which is not only suitable for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,but also for the treatment of trauma and other acute critical diseases.
